·         Use of Reference Management: Authors are required to use standard reference management systems, such as Mendeley or Zotero, to ensure all citations and bibliography formats are presented accurately according to the journal's guidelines.

·         Sanctions and Follow-up (Thresholds):

-          Immediate Rejection: Manuscripts with a similarity score exceeding 30% will be rejected automatically without entering the review process.

-          Requires Major Revision: Manuscripts with a similarity score between 21% and 29% will be returned immediately to the author(s) for major revisions and rewriting.

Final Acceptable Threshold: After revision, the similarity score of the manuscript must be successfully reduced to a maximum of 20% (with no more than 3% from a single source) to be processed further into the peer-review stage.
